Club Financial Operations August 2020 Update

Dear Brookline Soccer Club Player-Family:

We have an important brief update about refunds, financial aid and discounts. We strive to manage the club responsibly and efficiently offering a quality soccer experience at a significant discount to the private regional soccer clubs for all who want to participate.

If you need to apply for financial aid, please contact the club registrar Ben Peters for a confidential discussion about your family’s need.  Ben is not a current parent or Brookline resident. benpeters@brooklinesoccer.org

We are a local, community, not-for-profit managed by a volunteer board who lacks the back office capabilities of either the town recreation program or the large for-profit regional clubs. Due to these structural realities, we offer programs with the best possible information at the time and then lay out many fixed costs to create them.  For all these reasons, we cannot offer refunds but will instead continue to reduce the next season fees to reflect any cost savings from unexpected cancellations.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support of youth soccer in our community.
