Brookline Soccer Club
Registration for Team Coaches, Assistant Coaches,
and Managers
All coaches, assistant coaches, and team
managers must be registered through the Club with the Massachusetts Youth Soccer
Association. In addition, state law requires every adult volunteer in a youth
sports program to have a criminal offender (CORI) background check.
New coaches:
- Send an email to the
Club registrar with your
name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
- Fill out the
CORI form on the Mass Youth Soccer website.
- To get a coaching passcard, send a
passport-size photo (max. 1-1/2" x 1-1/2"), and a self-addressed envelope
to: Jeff Wulfson, 618 Washington St, Brookline MA 02446. You will receive
your passcard with a current validation sticker by return mail.
Returning coaches:
- Send an email to the
Club registrar if your
contact information (address, phone number, email address) has changed since
last season.
- Fall season only: send your coaching
passcard and a self-addressed envelope to the above address to have it
validated for the new year. (Note: the soccer year runs from August through
July, so cards validated for the fall season do not need to be revalidated
for the spring season.)
Please allow at least a week for passcard
processing. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate requests for in-person drop-offs or
pick-ups of materials. |
